Bach Break commenced business in 2016 with one holiday property and has rapidly expanded to be one of the
largest privately owned holiday property management companies in New Zealand managing over 115 local holiday properties.

Tania brings a wealth of knowledge to Bach Break with over 20 experience in business, finance and administration. She handles all the financials, human resources and payroll for the company. You will also find Tania liaising with property owners and guests.
Sophie came to Bach Break with a background in hospitality and design. She oversees the daily tasks including reservation management and administration functions of the business. She liaises with guests to ensure their stay is a special one and works with owners on maintenance requirements. She carries out pre-inspections prior to guests arrival and her eye for detail and passion for interior design ensures properties are presented well for incoming guests.

Helen holds over 20 years’ experience within the customer service and cleaning industry sectors. She is responsible for dealing with guest’s enquiries, payments, reservations, pre-inspections and various administration functions within her role. Her enthusiastic and professional attributes contribute to ensuring guests have a happy, quality memorable stay at Bach Break.
